She also has an intuitive sense in the kitchen, which makes her an incredible cook, ready to share some of her nourishing, healing recipes with you throughout this journey. To further support your transition to a cleaner, more vibrant lifestyle, Rachel has also created a vegan/vegetarian cookbook, available for purchase to help you incorporate delicious, plant-based meals into your daily routine.

Marquise, with his lifelong passion for sports, fitness, and optimizing the body, has brought the movement and strength-building aspects that complete this journey. Together, we make a dynamic team, using our unique gifts and experiences to create a detox that is holistic, sustainable, and truly life-changing.
